The Director of the Clinical Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is responsible for assisting with the analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of business models and processes involved in EAP clinical operations for both internal and external customers. The director is responsible for leading and participating in cross functional strategic, tactical and performance improvement planning.
This leader oversees implementation and ongoing measure of same. You will collaborate with Presbyterian Medical Group (PMG), Service Lines and other departments for projects and programs as needed. 
Bachelor Degree required Preferred Qualifications: Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Behavioral Health License: Independent License ( LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD ) Job Experience: 3 years of management and leadership in a behavioral health setting 3 years Employee Assistance Program Administration Competencies: Facilitation or Critical Incident Debriefing Presentation skills for promoting EAP services Professional Affiliations and Certifications: Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) Member of Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) DOT Substance Abuse Professional Qualification (QSAP)  Implements standard clinical and service action plans to ensure clinical outcomes are achieved. Creates an environment that motivates clinicians to provide excellent care and service to clients in order to enhance client experience. Participates in the recruitment, retention and replacement of clinicians using the Hire Right Bundle and Employee Retention Bundle. Manages input into the site s financial performance, budget and growth plan. Works in collaboration with EAP & clinical managers as well as clinical staff on needed action plans to meet financial metrics. Participates in system wide health management initiatives using the organizations process improvement systems. Provides leadership for EAP practice that serves to engage staff in processes and initiatives to improve the quality of client care, decrease the cost of health care, and improve client, staff and provider satisfaction Provides direct care in a clinical setting in addition to their responsibilities as a provider leader. Addresses issues in coordination with EAP manager regarding complaints. Celebrates provider/team successes through recognition systems. Ensures provider engagement by removing barriers and fostering an environment that allows providers to focus on practicing quality care. Provides timely effective feedback and completes annual performance review/ HPP evaluation for clinicians in EAP practice sites. Takes corrective action when warranted with accountability and authority. Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services and workshops. Facilitates site to meet goals related to clinical outcomes, staff focus, customer loyalty, financial outcomes, and mission. Participates in organizational leadership and operational meetings and activities as appropriate for specific role. Participates in the strategic planning process for the service line. The compensation range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to experience and training, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs.
