Who We Serve Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal eligible individuals and families throughout various counties in California.

With general direction, manages multiple clinical programs overseeing the clinical staff and operations in the region. Ensures that youth and families receive the most effective, efficient, and culturally appropriate services. Collaborates with Regional Executive Director regarding agency-wide initiatives, annual priorities, and continuous quality improvement efforts. Oversees program design and budgeting. Ensures compliance with fiscal and contract obligations of programs. Interfaces with external community partners, agencies, and county departments. Ensures that the daily operations run smoothly, operating within compliance and safety policies standards and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Oversees the management of programs, assessing strengths and needs for improvement.Develops and manages program budget, assesses opportunities for program growth and potential funding resources.Inspires and supports culture of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and facilitates CQI forums and teams as needed.Trains and coordinates training for systems change, supporting learning partner and training direct service staff.Facilitates the integration of best practices at all levels with agency programs and support teams.Evaluates, assesses and manages risk.Develops and negotiates program proposals.Represents agency to internal and external stakeholders.Builds and nurtures relationships with community partners and payors.Researches, reviews, implements and monitors Evidence Based Practices (EBPs) and best practice principles, structures and clinical policy.Participates in the development of outcome measures and analyzes outcomes for improvement opportunities.Negotiates and monitors performance to program and outside agency contracts.Manages and assures continuous development of CPMs' and direct reports' skills and competencies.Participates in Leadership Academy and curriculum development.Applies legal and ethical standards in completion of work.Performs other related responsibilities, as assigned, to support specific department/business needs.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Five (5) years direct clinical experience including three years experience in the area of children's mental health.
Three (3) years of clinical supervisory experience.
California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D. preferred or required based on the varying business needs across the agency.
