ABOUT THE ROLE The Director, Commercial Partnerships will be responsible for driving Calibrate membership growth by improving win rates through relationships with partners (i.e.
payers, employers, consultants, and adjacent SaaS solutions).
In this role, you will educate industry influencers on the Calibrate solutions, including our value drivers and market differentiators.
The ideal candidate has direct experience building national partnerships, and or significant experience navigating digital health partnerships.
Experience with a national consulting house or within a health plan focused on accelerated digital growth would bring additional value to this role.
This is a unique opportunity to help expand and build a sales channel strategy, as Calibrate enters the next level of growth, bolstered by industry leading outcomes.
As such, the work in developing partnership relationships will help drive our overall commercial go-to-market strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, design and execute on a potential partnership with payers, employers, consultants, and adjacent SaaS solutions.Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish partnerships that align with Calibrate's growth objectives.Create customized partnership proposals and negotiate terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.Monitor and manage the performance of the partnerships, ensuring partners are equipped to meet key performance indicators.Develop and implement processes to onboard, train, and support partners in promoting and selling Calibrate's solutions.Cultivate relationships with decision-makers across markets, while representing the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.Maintain a high level of competitive intelligence and stay abreast of industry trends, to ensure successful partnerships.Work cross functionally with all key stakeholders such as, product, marketing, sales, revenue and customer acquisition.Provide feedback from the market to help shape go-to-market strategy, in partnership with leadershipBACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE 8+ years of experience leading (health solutions, digital health, SaaS) partnerships, as a benefits consultant, or in roles working closely with benefits consultants and payers in the healthcare industryStrong network of relationships across the healthcare landscape.Proven track record of developing and fostering relationships with complex and strategic accountsExperience negotiating and executing complex commercial partnership agreementsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience persuading senior decision makersEnergized by working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment with a bias for actionBachelor's degree (advanced business/professional/health degree preferred)The salary range for this role is $145,000-200,000.
