In this position...
We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Continuous Integration DevOps Leader to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully rolling out the full push button automation that achieves thousands of hourly/daily builds, ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery at a very high cadence for continuous software updates to vehicles. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers, who are both creating CI capabilities for vehicles as well as operating, collaborate with cross-functional teams and driving the adoption of best practices in CI and DevOps across the organization.
What you'll do...
Develop and implement the Automotive centric CI strategy aligned with the company's goals
Roll CI with full push button automation that achieves hourly/daily builds at a large scale
Understand Infra as Code and knows the tools to use to achieve that
Lead Branching and the best strategy for large teams (Trunk/Main Brank with Dev Branch)
Continuous Delivery (internal) from Continuous Deployment (external)
Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Tekton)
Strong background in software development and scripting languages (Python, Go, NodeJS)
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and automation
Design, build, and maintain scalable CI pipelines
Ensure reliable and efficient software builds, tests and deployments.
Implement tools and frameworks for automated testing, integration and deployment
Success with deploying Cloud applications on GCP, AWS or Azure
Vehicle to Cloud DevOps
You'll have...
Has managed teams of 60+
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
7+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Extremely strong project management, time management
Organized, good writer, good presenter
Very good team worker across other engineering teams
Conflict resolution / defuse tense situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Even better, you may have…
Experience with CI automation for the automotive industry
Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with cloud

platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
