Job Summary The ideal candidate will lead the digital analytics function for RPA, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients while advancing our analytics capabilities. This individual will oversee a robust portfolio of brands, delivering actionable insights and strategies across website and marketing analytics. A strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, strong business acumen and technical expertise is key to success in this role.
What You'll Be Working On Strategic Leadership:Develop and advocate for data-driven strategies throughout the planning, investment, campaign management, and measurement lifecycle.Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align analytics solutions with business objectives.Maintain and communicate knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in analytics and data science.Analytics Execution:Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate testing programs.Deliver robust annual and quarterly forecasts using advanced statistical models, machine learning techniques, and business intelligence tools.Produce comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau to present insights to executives and stakeholders.Data Management and Implementation:Guide the development of tagging specifications, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure high-quality data collection across web and media platforms.Oversee the integration of data across lakes, marts, and customer data platforms (CDPs), with a strong emphasis on privacy and governance.Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and implement best practices in data governance across all analytics processes.Team Development:Mentor and develop analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team environment.Work closely with team leads to drive consistency and excellence across client portfolios.How You'll Excel In Your Role 7-10 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing science, and business intelligence within a Fortune 500 company, agency, or similar environment.Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and tag management solutions (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).Strong background in A/B testing, CRO strategies, and advanced statistics.Demonstrated expertise in data strategy, architecture, and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and ensuring the integrity of analytics implementations.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and execute in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Economics or Business Analytics is preferred.The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $6,250.00 - $7,083.33, with an annualized equivalent of $150,000 - $170,000.
