The Director, Enterprise Partnerships will oversee Samba's DSP business. Responsible for expanding existing deals, identifying, developing, and closing new business. This is a cross functional role working with Samba's Product, Customer Success, and Leadership team(s) to develop our full-stack Data, Identity, Audience & Measurement messaging, commercialization, and Go-to-Market Strategy. Successful candidates will come to Samba with:
\n Experience working closely with Ad tech companies (DSP/SSPs) from either an Agency Investment, Planning, Analytics or Publisher/Platform Sales roleAn established, long-standing track record and network of senior Advertising Sales & Measurement leaders and groups across the top 6-8 DSPs.A growth mindset and the hunger to expand and grow a complex business. Experience in and understanding of Consumer Data, TV Data, CTV, Addressable TV, Data Driven and Traditional Linear TV, and Digital PublishingExperience in, and understanding of Identity and Campaign Measurement products & services The Director Enterprise Partnerships will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing Samba's portfolio of DSP partners, and report to the VP of Enterprise Partnerships. Be specific and genuine.Actively prospect and close new business with TV native multi-channel and other offline media publishers. Negotiate terms and pricing quarterly with those partners.Identify key areas of potential growth within our business -- be able to internally pitch, execute, and evaluate the success of those ideas as they play out in marketOutstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, no-ego approach to problem solving in collaboration with support and sales teams.Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders, including publisher/platform partners, executive leaders, and external/internal product leaders and their teams. \n$135,000 - $150,000 a year
Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $135,000 - $150,000 USD per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus opportunity, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
