Celigo is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales for our growing Enterprise and Strategic Accounts Acquisition team.
This position will report to the VP of New Logo Sales.
What would you do, if hired? Coach, mentor, and manage a sales team of 7-10 AE's towards maximizing subscription-based ARR within a defined regionWork with other sales leaders to define and execute the optimal sales process for our target marketEnsure accurate and timely team forecastingBuild pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with the Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances teamsContribute at a strategic level by targeting new market segments, verticals, and use casesWho are we looking for? Sales leader with 5+ years of successfully managing a field sales team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environmentRelevant Sales Experience:Proven success managing sales of cross-departmental iPaaS solutions to net new customersExperience engaging with a partner ecosystem to maximize customer valueSelling to mid-market and enterprise eCommerce and/or high-growth SaaS companies is a plusCompensation Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 - $150,000 per year for this position.
Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
