As the Director of Executive Development (Talent Management) at Micron Technology, your opportunity is to lead strategic talent management initiatives to build senior leader capability and ensure Micron's culture is ready for the future. Your immediate focus will be onexecutivelifecycleactivities, from onboarding through development and capability building tosuccession planning, talent planning,org design, and insights gathering.
Using your outstanding capabilities and experience, you will:
Role Description
Lead overall strategyforcapabilityassessment andbuilding for Micron executives– focusing on the "Top 100"executive leaders.

Leadassessment,design, and deliveryofuniquecurriculum and learning events for "Top100" – andadditionaldifferentiated development opportunities for critical succession positions "Top 25" leaders – accelerated for high potentials.

Is responsible for the executive coachingand assessmentstrategy,process,and communication in partnership withthe GlobalExecutiveBusiness Partners.

SupportsSenior Executives onexecutivesuccession planning, talent management,organizational design,development planningand data insights for their teams/organizations.

Support talent planning initiatives, including strategic talent moves within Micron, to build a stronger executive leadership pipeline.

Partner with Diversity,Equality,andInclusion leadershipto ensureMicron wins with diversity and builds a stronger inclusive culture.

Facilitates strategic cultural and capability-buildingexecutive interventions as needed.

Partners with Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Performance Managementto drive integrated executive solutions to build organizational capabilities.

Strategically sets goals and leads the reporting and analytics to drive building an executive leadership pipeline globally in partnership with Global Executive Business Partners, DEI, and People Analytics.

Leads executive onboarding framework for internal and external candidates and supports executive onboarding activities in partnership with Global Executive Business Partners.

Act as a strategic consultant to collaborators and internal team members.

Supportsthe measurement strategies forTalent Management– specifically around executive bench strength,readiness,and overall talent availability.

Inspire change and communication management at senior levels within Micron.

Leads and supportsTalent Management needs andintegration with Workday/other systems or AI enablement opportunities.

Facilitatesother Leadership Developmentexperiences as needed.

Provides feedback and leads challenging conversations and interactions as needed.

To succeed, you will be able todemonstrate:
demonstrated ability working in large global companies with revenues of $10B+

Expertisein driving strategic talent managementinitiatives.

Ability to designand completeinnovative and engaging learningand talentinitiatives

Proven global experience in advising and influencing executive leaders (with a strong personal executive presence)

Ability toidentifyprocess improvements and drive improvements at a tacticallevel

Deepexpertisein organizational change and communications

Ability to collaborate globally and build sustainable relationships at all levels of theenterprise

Hands-on delivery capability on our cadre of leadership development offerings

A growth mindset that supports the business strategic intent

Track recordof implementing and delivering results through global programs

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$145,500.00 - $302,500.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
