We are looking to hire a Director, Executive Total Rewards to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This position will be eligible to participate in our hybrid work program (50% onsite and 50% remote per month).

The role involves collaborating and providing expert consultancy with senior leadership to ensure that the company's executive and equity compensation strategies are competitive, align with organizational goals, and comply with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Strategy and Design of Executive ProgramsDesign and implement executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives and long-term incentives, as well as executive benefits programs.Create compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain executive talent, while aligning with business goals and shareholder interests.Collaborate with Independent Compensation Consultants to benchmark programs against peer companies and industry best practices.Partner with executives to provide education on total rewards programs and ensure excellent employee experience.Equity Program Design and AdministrationDesign and lead the administration of equity-based compensation plans, such as stock options, RSUs and PSUs.Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with securities regulations and financial reporting requirements related to equity compensation.Ensure the accuracy of equity compensation data and timely reporting.Conduct in-depth analyses of executive and equity compensation data to benchmark against peer companies and industry best practices.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to inform compensation decisions and equity plan designs.Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, including compensation analyses, recommendations, and reports.Prepare the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) section of the annual proxy, ensuring accuracy in executive compensation disclosures.Lead Global Mobility team to provide strategic oversight, ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with company policies. Provide support for annual compensation processes as needed. Partner with regional Total Rewards leads to ensure success of the function. Vendor management.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field or equivalent experience required. Masters degree in Business, HR or related discipline preferred.5 or more years supporting complex Total Rewards programs for global, public companies.Compensation or benefits related certification preferred.2-3 years of experience in leading the development and design of executive compensation and benefits programs, as well as managing equity compensation programs.Experience creating compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain executive talent, while aligning with business goals and shareholder interests.Expertise of relevant regulatory requirements, including SEC rules, tax regulations and shareholder-approved compensation plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and conduct compensation modeling.Proven experience in successfully partnering with cross-functional senior leaders and external experts to design and execute compensation programs that align with the company's strategy and goals.Ability to effectively communicate compensation programs to executives and employees.Experience leading and developing global teams.Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick's Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick's Dividend Program.
