About this role The Field Enablement & Activation lead is a pivotal role that works with sales leadership on enablement strategy, builds programs, and pulls them through for adoption in the field. You'll constantly improve the program, looking at metrics to measure outcomes and leading indicators of program effectiveness, gathering feedback from the field, and adjusting to changes in GTM strategy and our industry.
This position is a business partner to our sales leadership. This role isn't just about building and leading enablement programs but also about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in sales execution. As the first Field Enablement hire, you'll set the foundation for a scalable enablement function that supports our ambitious growth targets.
Your responsibilities Partner closely with your sales leadership stakeholders, align on their metrics, and help them achieve Writer's revenue goals.Develop and implement sales enablement programs that include new-hire sales process and methodology training, ongoing sales skills training, and onboarding.Work closely with sales teams to monitor the usage and effectiveness of enablement resources.Gather feedback and insights from sales teams to continuously improve playbooks, training materials, and sales strategies.Lead the creation and maintenance of sales content, templates, and job aids that support the sales process.Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales efficiency and revenue growth.Team Responsibilities As a member of the Enablement team, you'll contribute to these team goals and projects:
Deliver onboarding bootcamp and virtual sessions in your area of expertise.Own projects, collaborate on goals, and staffing for our Revenue Kickoffs and team offsites.Scale and organize our enablement content and keep it up-to-date in our fast-moving space.Metrics you'll influence or be accountable for: Leading indicators of program success (sales stage conversion, pipeline build).Adoption rates of enablement programs.Certification completion rate.Sales skills and performance improvements post-training.Key sales metrics, such as revenue generated, deal size, win rates, and sales cycle length (influenced metrics).Is this you?
