The Opportunity Hyatt seeks a self-motivated professional to join the Finance Integration function, reporting directly to the Vice President, Finance Integration and Enhancement. This role will lead a team dedicated to migrating business processes, acquired through prior and future transactions, from their existing finance systems to Oracle EBS/Hyperion. The position will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups including but not limited to BU Finance, Finance Technology, Corporate Accounting, Shared Services, Commercial Services, and other Finance functions. The Role This role will be part of a team dedicated to migrating business processes, acquired through prior and future transactions, from their existing finance systems to Oracle EBS/Hyperion. Primary responsibilities of this role include: Working closely with stakeholders to understand existing Finance processes.Identifying creative solutions to migrate processes to existing, legacy Finance processes.Creating extensive, detailed project plans and timelines for the applicable business.Coordinating closely with internal and third-party resources to track against and execute on project plans.Creating training, procedural manuals, and other deliverables for use by the business.Facilitating and executing various levels of training (UAT, onboarding, etc.).Opportunities to participate in Hyatt's Diversity & Inclusion activities.Experience Required: 10-12 years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, or process-focused role.Detailed knowledge of Oracle EBS, including sub-ledgers.Knowledge of the hotel industry and previous SEC and financial experience a plus.Experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred, not required.Strong PC Skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Analytic tools such as Alteryx and Tableau are a plus.Hyperion knowledge a plus.The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
