Make Your Mark: The Director of Corporate FP&A Reporting and Analytics will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems, as well as the reporting and analytics functions.
This role will ensure that the FP&A and reporting systems support the company's strategic goals and provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to drive business decisions.
The Director will work closely with the finance team, IT, and other key stakeholders to optimize financial processes and systems.

You'll Get To: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of FP&A planning tools, processes, and reporting, ensuring they meet the needs of the finance team and other stakeholders.Own enterprise reporting strategy, cadence, delivery, and data governance of all key metrics and financial data.Maintain enterprise data model and data roadmap in collaboration with IT (VP D&A) including business driver identification, key data gap assessments, and mapping.Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, budgets, and operational reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.Create and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.Collaborate with IT to ensure the integration of FP&A and reporting systems with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and CRM.Provide training and support to finance team members and other users of FP&A and reporting systems.Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reports and analyses.Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants related to FP&A and reporting systems.Work with the business and FBU leaders to identify FP&A activities (Reporting, processes, tooling) that should move under CoE (Initial focus on reporting).Organize CoE project scoping, problem framing, and data reporting.Partner with IT on the systems architecture design and management supporting all data delivered by CoE.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in FP&A, reporting, and analytics.Role initially scoped as Principal, future opportunity to lead CoE team supporting data management, governance, and delivery. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, and analytics, with a focus on FP&A and reporting systems.Expert in report writing, ad hoc data analysis, and driver based budgeting.Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data visualization.Experience managing FP&A and reporting software and tools, such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos TM1, Essbase or similar.Proficiency in ERP, such as SAP or Oracle, and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. We're Even More Excited If You Have: Experience in the technology or software industry.Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) concepts.Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.Familiarity with system operations in a Corp FP&A setting. Salary Range:

USD $201,000.00 - USD $252,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement: Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location.
In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
