Position Summary: Strive is searching for a Director of Financial Planning (CFP) who will work closely with high-net-worth clients to develop and manage financial plans aligned with their unique financial objectives. This role requires expertise in comprehensive financial planning, alongside strong client relationship skills, to ensure clients receive consistent, tailored support throughout their wealth-building journey.
Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Financial Planning: Develop, present, and manage individualized financial plans for clients, including strategies for investment, tax, estate, and retirement planning to support client-specific goals. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary financial planning contact, guiding clients through each stage of the financial planning process and updating plans as life circumstances or market conditions evolve. Collaborative Planning Integration: Partner with Financial Advisors and investment teams to create a cohesive wealth strategy that incorporates financial planning and investment management, optimizing client outcomes. Ongoing Client Engagement: Conduct regular reviews and maintain proactive communication with clients to keep financial plans relevant, make strategic adjustments, and respond to inquiries. Technical Proficiency: Utilize, operate, and maintain industry-leading financial planning software and tools to produce client plans and simulate various scenarios for clients to review. Job Requirements: Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; CFP certification is required. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial planning or advisory roles, with a focus on high-net-worth clients. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial planning principles, including tax optimization, estate strategies, and investment analysis. Exceptional client service orientation, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM tools (Experience with eMoney is preferred). Ability to manage multiple client relationships efficiently and accurately.
