A day in the life As Director, Global Brand Management, you will lead the development of our brand position and strategy for all Collabs and Global Brand Partnerships. You will work closely with leaders across product design, merchandising, strategic partnerships, channel, and regional brand to deliver impactful marketing plans that drive immediate results and support long-term brand growth.
Lead the development of the 5-year brand plan for Collabs and Partnerships.Define and drive the development of global brand storytelling moments and guidelines.Collaborate with product leaders to identify key products and innovations.Lead the go-to-market planning process for Global initiatives.Define and own KPIs for global brand storytelling initiatives.Lead the investment/budget allocations across teams and channels.Inspire and mentor a team of direct reports.Qualifications15+ years of relevant experience in brand planning, brand marketing, and/or brand strategy.Must have experience in a collabs planning/marketing role.5+ years in a managerial role.Global experience, behavior, and mindset.Effective and collaborative stakeholder across the organization.Expert negotiator and relationship builder.Excellent presentation skills.Experience working efficiently in a fast environment.Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.Must havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate.Communicate with honesty and kindness.Lead with courage.Foster connection by putting people first.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon's compensation offerings are based on a pay-for-performance philosophy. The typical hiring range for this position is from $155,400 - $203,900 USD annually. Other components of our total rewards offerings include:
