A day in the life As Director, Global Brand Management, this role has a strong focus in Collaborations and Partnerships. You will be leading the development of our brand position and strategy for all Collabs and Global Brand Partnerships, championing a guest-centered approach that meets consumer needs while propelling our brand to be globally resonant. You will work closely with leaders across product design, merchandising, strategic partnerships, channel, and regional brand to deliver impactful marketing plans that drive immediate results and supports long-term brand growth. Your role will be to inspire and guide teams to execute against our Collab and Lifestyle category priorities, building a cohesive strategy that elevates our brand presence and creates meaningful connections with our customers.
Lead the development of the 5-year brand plan for Collabs and Partnerships, Casual and other categories to ensure alignment and influence with 5-year enterprise planDefine and drive the development of global brand storytelling moments and global brand code/guidelines/playbooks that bring to life both brand and product philosophies for Consumers and GuestsCollaborate with product leaders to identify key product and innovations to highlight in brand storytelling and whenLead the go-to-market planning process for Global initiatives, from brief to concept development to media planning to campaign performance; including reviewing and elevating the work at all touch-pointsDefine and own KPIs for global brand storytelling initiativesLead the investment/budget allocations across teams and channels to achieve KPIsInspire and mentor team of direct reports to deliver best-in-class work and support in their development journey Qualifications 15+ years of relevant experience in brand planning, brand marketing and/or brand strategy at global, multi-national brandMust have experience in a collabs planning/marketing role or team5+ years in a managerial roleGlobal experience, behaviour and mindsetEffective and collaborative stakeholder across the organizationExpert negotiator, influencer and relationship builderExcellent presentation skillsExperience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environmentAbility to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenging deliverables. must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take yourself too seriously. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$155,400 - $203,900 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
