Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you'll lead our Commercial Excellence initiatives, setting standards, driving adherence, and owning processes crucial to our success. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our negotiation strategies, pricing standards, and CRM platform implementation.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute our Commercial Excellence playbook, driving consistency and efficiency across the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to craft effective negotiation strategies and pricing standards, ensuring optimal revenue and profitability.
Oversee the implementation of our CRM platform, capturing key account plans and opportunity pipelines essential for business connectivity and success.
Establish robust commercial training programs to enhance team capabilities and drive consistency across markets.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance (Master's preferred).
10+ years of experience in commercial functions such as sales, marketing, or business development, with expertise in data analysis and strategic planning.
Proven ability to inspire and guide teams toward common goals, with strong communication skills adaptable to diverse, global environments.
In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and digital marketing channels.
Change management expertise to navigate transitions and ensure successful adoption of new strategies.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely within the U.S., with a competitive salary ranging from $142,400 to $221,260, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you'll be eligible for our annual incentive compensation plan and comprehensive benefits package.
