OverviewVerkada is in search of an exceptional Head of North American Field Marketing—a true rockstar in the field. We need someone who not only excels in their craft but can also lead a team to unparalleled execution and tireless innovation. This person will team up with sales leadership to drive customer engagement and success across the geography, hire and lead a growing team of field marketers across the region, partner tightly with the digital and acquisition team to drive demand, and work with our channel team and partners to develop and support a best-in-class ecosystem cloud/physical security expertise.In this role you will:Drive the creation of annual and quarterly plans focused on actionable and measurable initiatives aligned to pipeline and bookings targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goalsAct as the overall lead for field marketing in North America for sales, customers, and partnersAct as a player coach directly executing and owning a broad range of critical components of your marketing strategy focused on top partners, accounts, industries and segmentsDrive local, high touch, thought leadership and customer executive collaboration and community on the topic of physical security, cloud, and privacyExecute targeted account-based programs for new prospects current customersWork with our channel teams to develop in field co-marketing motions with top partnersAdvise the digital and outbound Acquisition team as they develop, plan, execute, and measure supporting, highly impactful demand generation and marketing campaignsManage and act on daily data, insights, and results from field marketing programsQualifications12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in an IT, high-tech, environmentExpert understanding of marketing, in particular best in class execution of social, event, thought leadership, channel, community, and account based marketing, and the ability to share that with others.Experience as a leader and manager of a high performing teamProven ability to act as an executive partner to sales and to engage with customers at every levelExperience working with channel and strategic partners to achieve excellent resultsExcellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiencesPassion to provide the best, most innovative security solutions to businesses around the worldStrong SFDC and Marketo/Hubspot experienceAttention to detail and a willingness to dive deep to see what's working where you can innovateAbility to execute, day in and day out, at an incredibly high level against consistent resultsGet things done attitudeUS Employee BenefitsVerkada is committed to investing in the holistic health and wellbeing of all employees and their families.
