Velocity for Business ("V4B"), the business unit of Velocity Black responsible to establish and manage partnerships with enterprise clients and to offer our lifestyle concierge services to their top customers and employees, is looking for a Director to lead the division.
As Head of Velocity for Business at Velocity Black, you will run this important business unit; managing and maximizing relationships with existing enterprise clients, overseeing the growth in new enterprise clients and their member bases, developing and implementing new ways for the business to grow, and setting the overall vision for Velocity for Business. You will chart the course for the business unit to be a high performance and strategically important part of both Velocity Black, and, more broadly, Capital One's Premium Products and Experiences division.
What You'll Do: Manage a team focused on delivering great results for Velocity for Business.
Ensure Velocity for Business is a core area of growth and strategic importance.
Own and foster relationships with existing enterprise clients.
Help meet our growth targets for business development deals.
Work closely with a wide array of stakeholders to ensure we deliver excellent service to enterprise clients.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 6 years of experience in a Business Development role
At least 3 years of experience in Management Consulting
At least 2 years of experience as a People Leader
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing or Finance
4+ years of experience in Management Consulting
4+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry
3+ years of experience in Investment Banking

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations.
Remote (Regardless of Location): $197,500 - $225,400 for Director, Business Development
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
