Velocity for Business ("V4B"), the business unit of Velocity Black responsible to establish and manage partnerships with enterprise clients and to offer our lifestyle concierge services to their top customers and employees, is looking for a Director to lead the division.
What You'll Do: Manage a team focused on delivering great results for Velocity for Business.Ensure Velocity for Business is a core area of growth and strategic importance.Own and foster relationships with existing enterprise clients.Help meet our growth targets for business development deals.Work closely with a wide array of stakeholders to ensure we deliver excellent service to enterprise clients.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Military experienceAt least 6 years of experience in a Business Development roleAt least 3 years of experience in Management ConsultingAt least 2 years of experience as a People LeaderPreferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing or Finance4+ years of experience in Management Consulting4+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry3+ years of experience in Investment BankingAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
Remote (Regardless of Location): $197,500 - $225,400 for Director, Business Development
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
