About the RoleThe Director, Health System Sales role is ideal for a strong leader that has played a key role driving sales on a high performing Health Systems Sales team, and is motivated to grow in a fast-paced Health Tech start-up environment. You will lead and implement GTM strategies to grow the prospect pipeline, accelerate sales cycle and navigate legal/procurement processes to close deals with both enterprise and SMB accounts. This individual will report to the SVP of Health System Sales and work closely with the leadership team to facilitate our commitment to impactful innovation, exceptional service and fastest return on investment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform lead generation activities with prospects and customers to qualify
Expand Atropos Health market presence in the health system community
Secure contracts with health system, showcasing Atropos Health's value and paving the way for substantial contract growth
Develop and execute a robust customer engagement strategy, fostering loyalty, identifying opportunities, and amplifying Atropos Health advocacy for utilization across multiple stakeholdersDrive the sales and assist business development teams to achieve Sales and Bookings targets
Collaborate with strategic partnerships to increase our strategic partnerships revenues
Provide bookings and revenue projections for your market area
Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in the health care provider industry in the following areas: sales, consulting, analytics, including at least 3 years of client facing sales roles.
Experience with clinical workflow applications.
Demonstrated ability in building relationships with C-Suite stakeholders across small, medium, and large health systems.
Proven experience identifying and developing champions
Self-starter with a healthy competitive drive to succeed. Hungry to learn

Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple high-priority deliverables
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to clearly and concisely distill complex ideas and projects to non-technical stakeholders

Must have the ability to travel
Overnight travel may be required as well as frequent air travel (estimate up top 25%)
ReportingThe Director, Health System Sales reports directly to the SVP of Health System Sales, Kevin Smith.
LocationWe are a remote first company! You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We cannot support visa sponsorship at this time.
