As a Director of Healthcare Advisory Consulting, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through enterprise transformation programs. You'll work closely with insurance clients, providing leadership and strategic insight to propel their organizations forward in the realms of Payor, Provider, or Life Sciences.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic engagements by bringing our solutions to clients with a focus on value-to-impact.
Drive business development and demand generation activities to foster growth opportunities.
Cultivate deep client relationships and utilize flexible influencing techniques to drive impactful results.
Lead engagement planning, team mobilization, and deliverable structuring to ensure successful outcomes.
Demonstrate superior presentation skills and project leadership abilities.
Support the evolution of transformation and program management methodologies.
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and assets to enhance service offerings.
Anticipate client needs and deliver superior results by leveraging team strengths.
Requirements:
Previous consulting experience with strong advisory/strategy skills.
Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, including Payor, Provider, or Life Sciences sectors.
Understanding of industry and technology trends with the ability to articulate a point of view.
Proven ability to lead digital and transformative programs.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and modeling.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Bachelor's degree required; additional education appreciated.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
