The ownership is tangible on this team - our customers' pain is our pain and their win is our win.  You will be leading a team of IT professionals including help desk, IT administrators, project managers and facility professionals.   The Role As Director of IT, you will be responsible for internal IT systems, infrastructure, and the operations of the internal IT support team. You will own our internal enterprise applications and business systems to ensure we are optimally leveraging tools and technologies, in the context of our business strategy  You will partner with business function owners to develop and execute a technical strategy that helps achieve our business goals, delivering on team objectives, reduce security risks, and drive end-user satisfaction, while maintaining reliable and effective operations and systems companywide.  Location We are open to this role being remote, in the United States. #LIRemote
\n Your Daily Adventures Will IncludeDevelop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business goals. Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive growth and productivity. Oversee Outreach's internal Enterprise Cloud Application Portfolio working to ensure appropriate availability and operability of the systems. Lead IT operations for all Outreach locations, ensuring superior employee experience as measured by user satisfaction surveys and internal SLAs. Effectively manage IT-oriented projects organizing business requirements, timelines and scope, and timely delivery based on established milestones. Manage the inventory of Outreach's IT assets, ensuring budget compliance, and best practice. Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding the effectiveness and progress of business systems and enterprise applications, as well as IT projects and performance. Efficiently manage Outreach's global IT budget, anticipating for company growth as required.  Our Vision of YouExperience and aptitude in managing IT as part of a business strategy. 5+ years of Enterprise Application management experience with responsibility for back and front office infrastructure including marketing, sales, customer support, finance, HR and operations. 5+ years of IT team leadership experience. Track record of scaling company business services for fast growth across multiple locations. Detailed knowledge of IT operations processes and technology (i.e. Windows, Mac, servers, storage, networking, etc.) Hands-on experience with Enterprise SaaS offerings including the Office 365 ecosystem, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Zoom, and Slack. Experience leading globally dispersed and multi-office customer service delivery teams. Excellent technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Outstanding internal customer service skills. 
\nThe annual base salary range for this role is $117,000.00-198,000.00 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
