My client is seeking experienced and dynamic Directors of Product Management to join their team! These leadership positions are ideal for individuals with a deep understanding of either Massachusetts Auto Insurance or Homeowners Insurance (or similar large-state markets). The ideal candidates will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional management skills, and significant product management expertise.
Responsibilities: Lead the product management strategy for Massachusetts Auto Insurance or Homeowners Insurance, ensuring strong market positioning and competitive advantage.Oversee the development and implementation of product offerings, including rate segmentation for both renewal and new business.Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, pricing, marketing, and claims to deliver product solutions that meet business and customer needs.Manage and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide strategic oversight for state management, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company goals.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and product strategy.Lead pricing strategies and ensure optimal segmentation to drive growth and profitability.Qualifications: Proven experience in product management, with a deep understanding of either Massachusetts Auto Insurance or Homeowners Insurance (or comparable large-state markets).Strong management skills, with experience leading and developing teams.Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decisions.Expertise in product development, lifecycle management, and rate segmentation for both renewal and new business.Knowledge of state management and regulatory environments is highly preferred.Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
