Job Summary The International Tax Director will manage the U.S. compliance for our foreign operations consisting of approximately 600 foreign legal entities and will be involved in preparation and review of detailed analysis & calculations including foreign source income, foreign tax credit, K2/K3, Subpart F, GILTI; FDII calculations, etc. and maintenance of adequate records associated with the U.S. taxation of foreign operations.
Core Responsibilities Prepare and review the U.S. compliance for our foreign operations including Forms 5471, 8865, and 8858Calculate foreign source income, K2/K3, FDII, 163(j) limitation, Subpart F inclusion including GILTIManage administrative functions related to CorpTax InternationalMaintain adequate records associated with the US taxation of foreign operationsStay current on the US tax law development and perform tax research for compliance and transaction disclosure statementsResearch on withholding tax and associated treaty benefit applicability of foreign countriesUpdate documentation of foreign structure and monitor transaction flows to assure foreign structure is properly maintainedSuggest improvement possibilities for work process effectiveness and efficiencyAssist with country-by-country & Pillar 2 reportingAssist with foreign cash repatriations and tax planningQualifications/Requirements Minimum 8-10 years tax experience in public accounting firms and/or large multi-national companies with 5-6 years in international taxBachelor's degreeProficient in Excel, MS OfficeWorking knowledge of SAP/Oracle - CorpTax preferredAdvanced Degree MBA/MST, CPA a plusStrong interpersonal - communication skillsComprehensive technology skillsOrganizational skills - Detail orientedEffective research skillsEmployees at all levels are expected to: Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.Know your stuff - be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.Win as a team - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.Be an active part of the Net Promoter System - a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company - by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.Drive results and growth.Respect and promote inclusion & diversity.Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.Disclaimer: This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
