Supervises overall maintenance programs as well as lift construction. Requirements: 10-15 years of experience managing lift maintenance personnel required Yan and Doppelmayer experience required Advanced technical experience such as rigging for splices and destructive testing using multiple techniques Engineering background a plus and state engineering certificate a plus Outside operations experience a plus Heavy equipment certification a plus – Crane, Class A, or Class B Has demonstrated effective training, coaching, and correcting required Master mechanic in one or several lift systems such as electrical, drive, or mechanical Managed budgets and capital projects associated with lift construction and maintenance required Must be able to spend 80% of working hours outdoors with crews Has scheduled and coordinated maintenance crews from 10-20 mechanics/technicians Developed, coordinated, scheduled summer maintenance plans for both fixed grip and detachable lifts Recruited and hired lift maintenance personnel Close working relationship with State Tramway Board and firm understanding of state requirements preferred Strong familiarity and working knowledge with OSHA and safety practices Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, and email Excellent verbal and written communication skills Pay: $119,741.08 - $129,136.08 per year
