This position is responsible for the Foremost Farms Reliability Program, across multiple manufacturing sites, by ensuring both the mechanical equipment and processes in our manufacturing plants operate reliably, consistently, and predictably. This is crucial for maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, service, value, and teamwork—our five pillars of performance. Responsibilities include implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles through a collaborative, cross-functional approach. This includes engagement from corporate, plant, and vendor teams, all working together to enhance and sustain equipment and process reliability.

Responsibilities Partners with Functional Leaders to identify, prioritize, and align on a reliability program and pipeline. Reliability Cadence/System Leader to ensure sustainable performance. Builds organization & capability on TPM principles to ensure sustainable performance. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process engineering) and/or 5-10 years of experience in leading teams in reliability. Track record of implementing successful reliability programs. Experience/track record in manufacturing operations environment implementing TPM principles (Autonomous and Progressive Maintenance). Physical Setting: Hybrid (corporate office, production floor, lab, on-call for process emergencies). Travel - 50% - more early on as working into role. Less travel as role gets established.
