Our client is a greater Houston, TX area publicly held P&C carrier and they are looking to hire a Director of SEC Reporting.
Will lead all SEC 10K, 10Q reporting efforts.
Role is high visibility.
CPA is REQUIRED, Public Accounting experience is preferred.
Client is looking for minimum of 7 years of experience within a publicly held P&C carrier.
1 -3 years of supervisory experience would be a plus.
Lines of business include commercial business, wcomp, homeowners, flood, health, auto.
