Hospitality firm is seeking a Director, Media Analytics who be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive media and analytics strategies across paid advertising, social media, direct mail, email, and customer segmentation initiatives.
Responsibilities: Develop and oversee comprehensive media and analytics strategies across all channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel campaigns, integrating paid advertising, social media, direct mail, and email initiatives.Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and implement best practices to enhance effectiveness and ROI across all channels.Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics and segmentation strategies to drive targeted marketing efforts.Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels, providing strategic insights and regular updates to leadership.Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework to track KPIs and measure the success of all marketing initiatives.Lead and manage the paid media team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely execution of marketing plans.Oversee and optimize the media and analytics budget across all channels.Evaluate new and existing media opportunities, negotiating proposals, and presenting strategic options to senior leadership.Lead initiatives to enhance data integration and utilization across marketing channels.Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.Oversee the development and implementation of promotional offers, ensuring effective communication through appropriate channels.Experience: 6+ years of senior-level analytics roles with increasing levels of responsibility, including running a departmentExperience within the hospitality industry is strongly preferredExperience in setting a vision, roadmap, and developing recommendations based in data.4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related fieldPassionate about performance marketing and data3 years of Marketing experience and knowledge minimum.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Adobe InDesign.Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
