Director Medical Imaging

Our client is one of the top five pediatric and academic medical centers in the United States.
They have engaged our firm to perform a national search to identify the top candidates in the country to help take their Compliance services to the next level.
The Director, Medical Imaging position is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of his/her respective departments' operations and people resources.
This position establishes the vision and strategic plan for Medical Imaging.
Institutes programs to ensure the hospital and assigned offsite properties are maintained and operated in a manner that supports the standards of our client.
The Director, Medical Imaging facilitates, promotes and models a leadership philosophy and style consistent with our client's Leadership statement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, or progressive managerial responsibility, is required.
Certification/Licensure/Registration:
Current ARRT, NMTCB, or SDMS certification and IEMA license (as applicable) required.
Clinical experience in acute care, or outpatient setting, pediatric experience preferred.
Basic Life Support Certification required: Valid CPR required.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must be able to make quick, accurate decisions on a daily basis.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be proficient in working with a diverse group of customers and employees.
Strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills are required.
