Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and manage the Account Management team• Establish goals and metrics to measure performance• Develop onboarding and learning programs• Work with data and business operations teams• Deliver account management reporting• Stay knowledgeable of market trends and competitive activities• Ensure partner information is logged in CRM• Create a high-service culture internally and externally
Requirements
• 10+ years of account management experience• 4+ years of team management experience• Comfortable navigating ambiguity• Customer-focused mentality• Deep knowledge of customer success best practices• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Experience or interest in digital advertising• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Ability to navigate external customers and internal teams
