Director Of Analytics

We are hiring a Director of Analytics to join a client in the Franklin/Brentwood area of Nashville on a 6 month contract-to-hire.



Responsibilities: Data & Analytics: Manage Tableau for ad hoc requests, insights, and reports; automate processes with BI tools.
Data Engineering: Data warehouse initiatives; need someone with data engineering expertise.
Ability to build out a team from scratch.
Scaling requires IT infrastructure improvements, integration with ERP, and AI add-ons.
Need in-house talent for data analytics, engineering, and warehousing infrastructure.
Python 
Logistics: 6-month contract to hire 
$75/hr W2 - converting at a competitive market rate with bonus + equity opportunities
Fully onsite
