Director Of Asset Management

Director of Asset Management: Our client is searching for an individual to head up the Asset Management team for a primarily mixed-use portfolio. This firm primarily targets metro-serving developments and prides itself on a very dynamic and high-quality portfolio. The mixed-use assets currently encompass over 9 million square feet of development, and the portfolio in its entirety is over 20 million square feet including the development pipeline.

We are looking for entrepreneurial people who do well working cohesively with a team and are focused on the service aspect of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Strong oversight into the portfolio operations, with a collaborative, hands-on approachEnsuring compliance with all posted procedures and company regulationsHigh level of communication with all internal and external teams to foster an outstanding working environmentService-oriented professional who will assist in maintaining the properties with excellenceA motivated individual who exemplifies strong leadership skills and a dedication to their teamQualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in asset managementStrong experience managing mixed-use, multifamily, and/or retail assetsExcellent understanding of financial modeling and experience building out strategy plansWell-established interpersonal skills and the ability to present to a teamAbility to provide oversight and management to assets by conducting site visitsOperationally minded asset managementPassion for learning and attention to detailBachelor's degree required, preferably in real estate, finance, or business administration
