Key Responsibilities: Oversee all AV operations, including planning, setup, execution, and breakdown for live events, ensuring seamless delivery.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AV technicians and production staff, fostering growth and collaboration.Collaborate with event producers, clients, and vendors to ensure AV requirements are met for each event.Develop and manage AV project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into service offerings.Manage relationships with key stakeholders and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all stages of AV production.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in AV Technology, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).7+ years of experience in AV management, with a focus on live events.Proven experience leading AV teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.Strong knowledge of AV systems, including video, audio, lighting, and control systems.Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail.Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by event schedules.
