Job Summary 
The full-time Director of Business Applications will use their extensive management background and domain expertise to lead the Business Applications Team.
As such, the Director of Business Applications is responsible for supporting the team in their day-to-day activities, providing opportunities to team members for job and career growth, and continually looking for ways to improve processes and documentation.
The Director of Business Applications is also responsible for working with the sales team and PMO Group for resource forecasting and assignment on client projects.

Duties/Responsibilities 
BAA Management 
Manage the Business Applications Team of 7+ professionals  Provide resource allocation for new projects for the team based on correlating SOW requirements to team members availability and skill set  Help onboard and integrate new team members   Organize and facilitate recurring team meetings  Organize and facilitate individual meetings with team members to work on personal, team, and career development   Meet with client's escalation when needed to understand the situation and work with client and consultant for a solution   Work with billing team and project management team to resolve outstanding receivables   Provide guidance for any problems and issues occurring for the team   Provide insight and documentation into/for process improvement for client supported activities for internal team to utilize   Organize and update client delivery documents  Work with team on continually improving application documentation for clients   Ensure all team members are effectively trained and cross-trained in systems and processes    Ensure team members are trained in new and updated modules and applications released by Deltek   Monitor and provide performance feedback to team members throughout the performance year   Assist team members with prioritization of workload, communications, etc.
and delegates work assignments to team members as appropriate   Work with management on meeting corporate goals for Business Applications team   Be able to support client projects in absence of assigned consultants due to scheduled or unscheduled time off from work  Help team members with client issues where they need assistance   Sales and Marketing Management 
Provide insight into level of effort for parts of projects or activities   Work with Sales & Marketing Team on new projects/clients  Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends, if doing so is necessary  Job is remote and may require travel in the future  Requirements Required Experience/Skills 
Excellent leadership and management skills??  10+ years of management experience?  15+ years of experience with Deltek Costpoint and integrated products?  Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR, and other fields  Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, Deltek, etc.)
and databases?  Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic  Aptitude in creative problem-solving  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills  Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills  Productive and organized in a remote work environment  Preferred Experience/Skills 
10+ years of experience with Costpoint the following domains: Accounting, Contracts, Materials, People, Projects, and/or Time & Expense  10+ years of experience with SAP, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, UNANET, Fusion and other business management software will be considered  Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Office 365 is a plus  Understanding of full functionality of Microsoft Teams is a plus  Education 
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred, although years of experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree  Report to:?COO
