Responsibilities Include: Developing and implementing lead generation strategies, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across target industries. Creating and delivering effective sales presentations and proposals to communicate value propositions. Leading contract negotiations, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities and maintain alignment on objectives. Monitoring sales metrics and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets. Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to position offerings effectively. Ideal Qualifications: 5-10 years of business development or sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a related role. Experience in B2C sales with direct interaction with end users. Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team. Proficiency in KPI management, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 25% for trade shows and industry events.
