ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential partnerships or acquisitions.Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with prospective clients.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with customer needs.Manage and mentor the business development team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.RN preferred.Proven experience in business development or sales leadership roles, preferably in a related industry.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.Extensive network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of market dynamics.Experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of driving results.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research to inform decision-making.Unless noted above, applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
