About the Role The Company is seeking a Director of Business Development to join their team.
The successful candidate will be tasked with sourcing and managing M&A transactions, supporting the execution team throughout the deal process, and identifying, qualifying, and generating new prospect leads.
Additionally, the role involves managing client relationships and overseeing all client and counter-party communication.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years' of sell-side M&A experience, a strong book of business within both buy-side and sell-side M&A, and an educational background of an MBA or a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields.
This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to continue building out a personal book of business in the M&A space.
The Director of Business Development will be a key player in the company's growth, and as such, a proactive and self-motivated approach is essential.
The role is suited to a professional with a proven track record in the industry, who is adept at managing multiple deals and client relationships simultaneously.
