A successful candidate for this Director of Business Development role will possess the following:Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or healthcare related majors from an accredited college or university.Minimum of five years of successful sales and/or business development experience, with at least three of those years in successful sales to physician practices.Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization with professionalism and integrity.Ability to work in a high growth, collaborative, dynamic, client-focused culture.Ability to travel frequently and live in close proximity to the corporate headquarters, located in the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL.Compensation: Compensation will be a combination of base and bonus with total compensation, at plan, somewhere close or just above $200k annually.
Desired Location: Chicago with the ability to frequent the corporate headquarters in the northern suburbs frequently.
