We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Salesteam! This role requires someone who is extremely organized, hardworking, an excellent communicator, and technically savvy. We are looking for strong client-facing and analytical skills to ensure successful health analysis and plan selection. Our Advisement team needs someone who is cross-functionally inclined and will find great joy in working with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams in ensuring clients are successfully on-boarded to the Remodel Health platform.

Responsibilities:
Build new relationships with Group Benefits Brokers and Insurance Carriers within assigned territory
Engage and Educate prospective and existing broker & carrier partners around Remodel Health's suite of ICHRA products
Drive census inflow and quotes from new and established partners
Work with broker account executive team to outline channel partner relationship and co-marketing needs
Work with broker account executive team to support the selling and closing of employer group revenue opportunities
Work with Remodel Health's internal stakeholders to build process around broker/carrier partner outreach, education, and product delivery
Deliver competitive and market information to Remodel Health stakeholders to help inform decision making around product, marketing, and sales strategy
Communicate broker and carrier feedback to the marketing team to help inform the creation of future content
Other broker & carrier sales responsibilities as assigned
Provide thought leadership ideas and approaches to sales productivity challenges
Report directly to the VP of Business Development, East cooperatively outlining sales strategy and objectives within assigned territory
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years experience in customer-facing solution sales with a history of driving, managing, and closing enterprise accounts
Experience developing strong channel partner relationships and selling through those partners
Professional experience in health insurance, health-tech or insurance-tech preferred
Passion for coming alongside organizations in need of support
Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to hit or exceed sales quota
Ability to articulate value proposition to C-Level, Finance, HR and Insurance executives
Currently hold or willingness to obtain a Health and Life Producer License
