We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to drive innovation and growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the Fortune 1000 sector.

Salary: $135,000 - $200,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and strategically target potential accounts to expand client base.Develop comprehensive account entry strategies tailored to the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.Execute targeted prospecting campaigns to attract new clients.Forge and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within targeted accounts.Collaborate with a team of experts to design and deliver customized solutions that align with client business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine and improve business development strategies.Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 10 years direct B2B sales experience with a focus on Fortune 1000 companies.Proven history of developing new business in the realm of professional services.Experience managing large volume transactions valued at $250,000 or higher.Adept at navigating sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months.Demonstrated stability in career, with no more than 3 job changes in the past decade.A history of compensation structured around highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.Proven track record in lead generation and revenue increase.Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Business or a related field.Certification in Sales or Business Development (e.g., CSP, CPSP).Experience in engaging and securing international clients.Multilingual capabilities, particularly in languages influential in business (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish).Strong technical proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.Skills: Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Robust analytical skills to assess client needs and formulate effective solutions.High proficiency in stakeholder management and team collaboration.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
