We seek a California licensed Registered Nurse or LCSW/LMSW with three (3) or more years of acute hospital case management for the role of Director of Case Management.
The person in this role will assume overall responsibility for hospital utilization management, transition management, and operational management of the Case Management Department in order to promote effective utilization of hospital resources, timely and accurate revenue cycle processes, denial prevention, safe and timely patient throughput, and compliance with all state and federal regulations related to case management services.
Candidates must hold Registered Nurse or LCSW/LMSW licensure in the state of California.
RN candidates must, at a minimum, hold a BSN.
Preference is given to candidates with MSN, MBA, MSW or MHA.
Preference is also given to candidates who hold Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification.
