Director of Change Management and CommunicationEF Educational Tours and Explore America seeks an experienced and results-driven Director of Change Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications to effectively lead change initiatives, as well as the personal skills required to be an effective leader and communicator. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing the change management strategy for our company, including consulting and driving organizational change.
The Director of Change Management and Communication will have ownership of our change management and communication strategy across a globally diverse team of over 1,000 employees. This role will also be responsible for elevating the engagement and skillset of the organization as we embark on an ambitious modernization and transformation journey, working closely with cross-functional senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and scale best practices. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success leading a diverse organization to achieve meaningful business results, extensive experience managing change and guiding organizations through transformation, and a passion for strategic vision-setting and execution.
