Position Overview: As the Director of Change Management & Communication in the Patient Support Services (PSS) function, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that ensure all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned during the implementation of key initiatives. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to craft consistent messaging, monitor the impact of communication efforts, and establish metrics to track the success of change management initiatives.
