Your Role:
As the Director of Children's Residential Services, you'll be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our children's residential programs.
You'll ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of care and compliance while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Your leadership will guide and mentor the Director of Children's Residential Operations, ensuring our staff are well-supported, trained, and motivated to provide exceptional care.


What You'll Do: Inspire and guide the Children's Residential Services team to deliver top-quality care and service.
Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Regularly visit residential programs to assess effectiveness and implement improvements.
Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee staffing requirements and ensure all residential staff receive necessary training and development.
Provide input into budgeting processes and monitor program budgets, including managing overtime.
Ensure residential facilities are maintained to be safe, clean, and conducive to resident well-being.
Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of progressive supervisory experience in Human Services is required.
Experience with Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), Trauma-Informed Care, and ABA strategies is highly valued.
CPR, First Aid, MAP, and non-violent physical intervention certifications are preferred, with the expectation that they will be obtained within 4 months of hire.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and implement strategic goals.
Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations is essential.
