Responsibilities Design and Create program and curriculum to ensure classroom readiness and academic preparedness for students on the spectrum.Oversee a caseload of RBT-level students and provide mentorship and guidance.Manage a small caseload of 15 billable hours.Assign and balance student cases.Conduct monthly audits of BCBA supervisors and their assigned students. Qualifications Minimum 5 years as a BCBABCBA Certification RequiredMaster's in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
