Central Baptist Village is currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services (DCS) with excellent management and interpersonal skills to lead our nursing professionals in our senior living campus, and is responsible for overseeing clinical care across assisted living, sheltered care, and skilled nursing units.
This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents, complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
The DCS collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures that promote a safe, effective, and compassionate care environment for residents and staff alike.

Requirements


Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in Illinois.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a long-term care facility covering assisted living, sheltered care, and skilled nursing.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, including CMS and IDPH, and experience with regulatory surveys for various levels of care.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and develop teams, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance across different care settings.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
