WORK SCHEDULE:
Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday, business hours with rotating manager-on-duty weekend rotation. *This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
PAY & BENEFITS:
Annual salary starting at 75,000, plus a bonus structure. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Cornerstone at Canton is looking to add to our team of excellence, seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Community Relations who will be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy.
The Director of Community Relations develops meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, plans and conducts presentations showcasing our services and innovative programs, ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales director who will position themselves and Cornerstone at Canton as a leader in the Assisted Living industry, educating the greater community on the aging process and enabling families to find a supportive home environment that focuses on Resident Quality of Life.

Technical Ability: You can't be successful at this job if you are averse to technology! We use technology to do our jobs and communicate with residents, families and coworkers.
Knowledge of Alzheimer's Disease, related dementias, and behavior management techniques, and a sincere desire to work with cognitively impaired residents.
