Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our team in the development and management of programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, social work, and program management. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the organization, including budgeting, program development, and supervising a team of professionals.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that all programs and services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the organization's mission.
Design, implement, and evaluate programs that address the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with behavioral health challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders to advance the organization's mission.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all programs and services are integrated and aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the organization's mission and goals.
Represent the organization in meetings and conferences, both internally and externally.
Provide leadership and guidance to the board of directors, ensuring that they are informed about organizational activities and outcomes.
Skills
Experience supervising a team of professionals.
Strong knowledge of developmental disabilities and behavioral health.
Proven experience in social work, including working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Ability to develop and manage budgets.
Experience in program development and management.
Strong administrative skills.
Ability to manage and evaluate programs.
Experience in managing a team of professionals.
