Office Location:  Alexandria, VA or Remote with flexibility to travel frequently U.S. Citizenship - Eligible for Top Secret Security Clearance  Accrete AI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Customer Success to drive successful adoption of Accrete's products in the government sector. This person will be responsible for leading the federal sales team's efforts to complement Accrete's innovations, best practices, and capabilities with our valued customers' business objectives and priorities, thereby driving higher business value and executive alignment between Accrete and our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer success, a deep understanding of government operations and AI policies, and an active Top Secret government clearance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions to our federal clients, and identify new business opportunities. Based on performance, this position has the potential to become a supervisory position.

Responsibilities:  Lead and manage AAIG efforts to drive product implementation and adoption, value attainment, satisfaction, workflow innovation, and retention Provide direct customer support, including facilitation of change management though customer policy and value stream/process changes that maximize value of Accrete products Manage product onboarding, training, and support for pilots, trials, and contracts Inspire and support customer innovation to deliver intended key outcomes Gather product feedback and report leading indicators of business and product performance to ensure product satisfaction, provide product roadmap suggestions, and facilitate investment deliberations Resolve challenges to customer satisfaction and adoption collaboratively with product and program managers Maintain a thorough knowledge of Accrete's core products, capabilities, and available data Translate emerging customer needs and missions into products Accrete can offer, identifying opportunities for revised sales, cross-selling and product integration, and ancillary revenue Maintain efficient cooperation with other teams (product, engineering, finance, sales, strategy, and growth) to implement customer and strategic objectives Qualifications: US Citizenship required, eligibility for a Federal Top Secret clearance preferred. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in federal sales, customer success, or program management with a proven track record of success driving customer satisfaction, customer retention, and revenue growth. Deep understanding of government procurement processes and contracting vehicles, including GSA schedules, OTAs, SBIRs, BAAs, GWACs, and IDIQ contracts. Strong leadership skills with experience leading high-performing customer success, customer experience, or program management teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and delivering value to clients. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience working with AI or technology solutions preferred. Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000
