Job Description McDonald's has a current exciting opening within the USRD team for a Director of Design (Standards and Brand Review). The role will report into the Sr. Director of the function.
Several of the responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Integration of a comprehensive customer journey into restaurant design (site building, dining rooms and back of the house)Collaborating with designers and US Ops to assure successful development of US modern programs (New and Reinvestment)Develop US Design Standards for New and Reinvestment DevelopmentPiloting & Driving specific US Market design solutionsCollaborate with Global Design and other key customers in the continual modernization of the US marketIn the role of Director on Design (Standards & Brand Review), you will contribute to setting the short-term strategy for your function and implement long-term strategies for the function. This individual will make decisions and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple teams within USRD. While leading a team, you will communicate the long-term operational tactical and strategic implications while managing internal and external customer partnerships. The Director will solve difficult problems impacting multiple teams while identifying ways to improve the current customer needs. The role will also include being held accountable for the direction of all budget and resource allocation decisions for major projects across USRD.
